![]() Things have been done so many times by so many people that there are always going to be similarities. Whether that be in actual art, fighting games, music etc. There will ALWAYS be similarities in art, no matter the easel. I'm glad your not letting people get you down. Tabris666 said, January 20, 2021, 05:54:31 PM you know the mugen scene is bad when they start forgiving people that spitted on the community face. Why you think this was posted here and not on MFAA most of sxvector content was posted there. If you are just editing just say i edited this from X screenpack by X authors, used this intro by this other author and no one will say nothing yet if you keep quiet you are just spitting in the face of the community. Look i wouldn't be saying that if i didn't know that screenpacks are easy to edit for example i could edit a screenpack and claim i made all the job when i just swapped some stuff which is the easy part, there is no way to claim he didn't know who sxvector is if the screeenpacks are the same in several areas. Sxvector is the best (he knew it reason of why he never reuploaded stuff) he retired but the biggest reason was the harrassment he suffered on other site by a certain user named Ramon Garcia one that thinks editing a screenpack without mentioning who made all the code and claiming it your own work is the way to go. You know the mugen scene is bad when they start forgiving people that spitted on the community face. It has the same feel as the one's that inspired it. The guy who's probably making the best SP's isn't even releasing them to the public. My SP's basic.or "retro" if we're being nice. So even if he'd been around, he still might not agree with that. Someone who "made the best screenpacks" is a subjective statement. This guy said he "started to idolize the sp at the beginning of the pandemic." It's likely this guy just showed up on the mugen scene, has no idea who Vector is cuz he's gone, only knows about mugen based on what he see's on facebook(like a lot of people really), learned what he could in the time given and produced a SP that reflects what he's gathered in that amount of time. It's obvious he borrowed from Vector, but it's different enough to be considered his own. It's really nothing new to use sprites, concepts and other things from other creations. There is nothing I can do to fix these issues, as that's just how the engine works with this feature at this time.Tbf, a lot of Vector's screenpacks look similiar. ![]() There is no sound effect when switching between characters in the same category. When returning to the character select screen, rather than the cursor remembering what character you last chose, it'll instead be on the first character of the category you chose. It's best for both players not to browse the same category at the same time. When toggling through characters in a category, it'll change that slot for both players. This does create a few eccentricities not found in the MUGEN version however: This screenpack uses IKEMEN's shared slot feature to allow for infinite character slots. Support for IKEMEN's additional features and modes. Really cool custom made lifebars based on KOF 2002 Unlike MUGEN category-based select screens, it doesn't rely on an "invisible grid" that makes switching categories confusing. Literally infinite character slots, believe it or not. A category-based screenpack, something I haven't seen for IKEMEN yet. Most especially, I wanted to let the user install this cleanly rather than providing it with a full MUGEN install like I did before. While I kept the core simplistic design of the original, I wanted to correct what I considered to be some egregious errors as well as create all new health bars that look a lot more polished than the original, and take advantage of a lot of IKEMEN Go's additional features. This is a remaster of my MUGEN Generations screenpack, but for IKEMEN. I said I'd do it 4 months ago and I finally got around to it. Warning: This Screenpack only works with IKEMEN Go version 0.98.2 (possibly higher) set up with a 16:9 resolution! This is not designed to work on MUGEN.
